General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

 

1. Application field

By placing an order on www.secret-inside.ch, you confirm that you accept the general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Price

Prices are quoted in Swiss franc, in Euro and already include VAT in Switzerland.

3. Customs duty

Any customs fees and taxes specific to each country, excluding delivery in Switzerland, are in your responsibility and are in your charge, in addition to the amount of your order and postage according to the law in force in the country of destination.

4. Payment terms

By credit card

You can quite simply pay for your purchases by credit card. We accept the following cards: VISA and Mastercard. During your order online, select the payment method by credit card indicating your card number and its date of validity. Your order will be registered and the amount will be directly debited on the bank account attached to your credit card. The company Secret Inside guarantees absolute discretion when managing your personal data. If you return an item, the corresponding amount is credited back to the bank account of your credit card.

5. Delivery

We deliver from Switzerland all over Europe in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale. The delivery time is normally 2 to 5 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on where you place your order. For any order over 150 chf, delivery is free.

 6. Returns policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged and unworn (no traces of make-up or stains). If that’s the case, we will return the item at the buyer’s expense.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Underwear and swimwear can only be returns if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • We don’t accept returns on underwear (briefs, panties and thongs)
  • We’re sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. However, you must keep your proof of shipment until receipt of your refund, in case your order gets lost on the way.

7. Retention of title

This website has been created with the greatest possible care. The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
